I am tired of the stealth look copying F22 and F35 faceted designs. They are ugly. I am tired of lamborghini and all the clones that looks like lambos. Why not use a good looking plane that was actually really fast instead of one that looks dumb and looks the way it does to avoid radar?
I want a car that looks like an SR71 blackbird. I don't care if it leaks fuel all over the place and I have to drive it down the road leaking like a sieve and fill it back up again. as long as its super fast.

I think the newer lambos all look kind of stupid. Anything past the Murcielago that is. Too many creases and jagged edges. Never forget the simplicity that was the Murcielago!!!

I am somewhat confused though:
Why not use a good looking plane that was actually really fast instead of one that looks dumb and looks the way it does to avoid radar?
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I want a car that looks like an SR71 blackbird.
The first aircraft that used stealth concepts is OK, but not a later plane?

I never really liked that car even though it is much better looking the closest lambo I would considere is this one
something about the white paint and wheels makes it better for me.

I personally didn't like the Gallardo. I am not sure why. I liked them back in the day, their designs were really simple. Even if they looked awesome. Notice the lack of lines made by taking a ruler and smacking it against the body work.

Its as bad as it gets IMO. It would have been the only only ugly Corvette ever made. The C4 was boring, this was just ugly.

I see several differences. But from the two sentences...
Anyway, I prefer the look of the tactical fighters. They are fast, they can take insane banks and turns. I love 'em!
The SR-71 is cool, but it was no less a product of function when it comes to the aesthetics of the design.
I love them both... But I prefer the looks of the F35 more, just a tad.

I found the new Lambos pretty boring too. Stealth and stuff, we get it. They've been trying to make another Countach for 30 years, it's time to move on. The only cars I'll remember from this era are the Veneno, because it's so hideous I can't forget it, and the Murcielago and Sesto Elemento that I actually like a lot.

Tramontana R may be your car. Change the gold for matte red.... so far the closest to SR-71...
Athough R8 may be closer to reality, as a car. Common mechanicals with Lambo Gallardo, but Audi styling, and chassis tuning.

Yep, Corvette Concept.
They used this in the Transformers movie too, not sure which one... Not actually good movies so I have tried to brain dump them.

yes but a lambo doesnt need to defear radar but it should at least look good. of course we are speaking of opinions here.

teh huracan? I think its a step in the right direction but the angled vent thing is so played out. Its like a car made of vents. I find it old and boring.

Yeah. I didn't say the name cause I'm always worried I'll spell it wrong, haha.
I think it looks over styled in the pics too. But I've heard it looks a lot better in person.

the lexus LFA for me was the most recent one that comes to mind. In pictures it was pretty ok but not that exciting. But in person it is really great.

Well it isn't the prettiest car out there but it's one of the few Lambos that isn't some variation of the Bertone wedge.

I realize that car evolution can get tedious. But you have to understand the car companies are doing this for you (and partly for OPEC and saving money). The "vents everywhere" are there for a reason. Better airflow, efficiency, etc. There's a balance to design and function of course, but for the sake of getting faster (and their current design language) thats how it is.
